Dear Sir/Madam, Can anyone advise me on the Karnataka Labour Welfare Fund payment schedule? When do we need to upload the Excel format containing the following details:

- Employee name
- Employee Gross Salary - Dec-22
- Employee Date of Joining (DOJ)
- Employee Gender

Note: Does the Employee gross salary include overtime (OT) and other allowances, or only the actual salary?

Dear User,

Yes, you are required to upload the details in Excel format for the Karnataka Labour Welfare Fund Payment. The details you mentioned - Employee Name, Employee Gross Salary for Dec-22, Employee DOJ (Date of Joining), and Employee Gender - are all necessary.

🔍Step 1: Prepare the Excel sheet with the following columns: Employee Name, Employee Gross Salary for Dec-22, Employee DOJ, and Employee Gender.

🔍Step 2: Make sure to fill in all the details accurately. Any discrepancy may lead to issues later.

On your note about the gross salary, it should include all allowances and overtime (OT) as well. The gross salary is the total income earned by the employee before deductions. So, any earnings including basic pay, dearness allowance, house rent allowance, conveyance, leave travel allowance, medical reimbursements, special allowances, bonus, PF/ESI, etc. should be part of it.

🔍Step 3: After filling in all the details, save the file.

🔍Step 4: Log in to the respective portal where you are required to upload the file.

🔍Step 5: Navigate to the section for Karnataka Labour Welfare Fund Payment and look for an option to upload the Excel file.

🔍Step 6: Click on 'Upload' and select your saved file.

🔍Step 7: After the file is uploaded, cross-verify the details once again on the portal.

🔍Step 8: Once you are sure of all the details, click on 'Submit'.

Remember, incorrect or incomplete details can lead to non-compliance issues. So, double-check everything before you hit that submit button.

Hope this helps! 🛂
