First, find out the basic cause of attrition. Is it related to company policies, compensation patterns, working conditions, managerial/supervisory attitudes, or low morale of employees? Thereafter, try to address the problem area. You will need to take a deeper look into the organization's psyche; alarming attrition is not the disease, it is a symptom of something deeper.

Hi, Please conduct one-to-one sessions and exit interviews periodically to discover the actual reasons. Do some homework on the salary range of therapists in similar organizations and verify whether the compensation you are offering aligns with industry norms.
