In my case after the accident, the person has been in hospital for one week after that she was dead. Now I'm going to join an MNC COMPANY and background verification will be going to start now after verification what will happen MNC will accept me what should I do?

In my opinion pendency of a criminal case cannot be a disqualification for any appointment. Further, it is an accident case which can be decided by the Court only after a full trial the result of which cannot be predicted now. Had the poster mentioned about the pending case in his application for the job or during the interview, I think there will not be any problem as of now.
