Please help with designing the Salary structure for 15 LPA, the Best structure in the perception of the Employer. With PF deduction & Location for Pune, Maharashtra.

Remuneration structure should not be either the best perception of the employer or the employee. It should be scientific, considering several factors - PF contribution policy of the organization on the total PF gross or restricted up to 15,000/- per month, different monthly and annualized pockets (e.g., HRA, CCA, CEA, SPL ALLOW, etc.) on a monthly basis, and annualized LTA, PROFIT SHARING INCENTIVE/BONUS, STATUTORY BONUS IF ELIGIBLE, FURNISHING ALLOWANCE, CAR POLICY, etc. Moreover, there may be insurances - Mediclaim, GPA, GROUP LIC, etc.

Every organization has its own policy for remuneration structure considering internal parity as well as external parity; otherwise, there will be huge dissatisfaction among employees.
