The anxiety over keeping up with the Joneses is prevalent among parents of teenagers. The reach and expanse of the teen world know no boundaries. Ideas floating around in the virtual world can lead to either betterment or the worst fears coming true. This certainly induces stress and anxiety, affecting employee parents' performance at the workplace.
