We had a Trade Union election on March 24, 2022. The result was published and declared the same day. After a week, it was found that one candidate's form was wrong, which was approved by mistake. This candidate won the election. Now, the defeated candidate is challenging the election result for his consistency. What should be the legal aspect?

I think it would be better to have the election cancelled and redone. I am not sure of the legal aspect of this, but the losing candidate has the right to challenge the result.

Perhaps it would be better to get the labor commissioner involved given the complicated situation you are in.
