The Family Pension Fund (FPF) is a crucial benefit that provides financial security to the family members of an employee in case of the employee's unfortunate demise. In this scenario, the withdrawal of the FPF is subject to the rules and regulations specified by the Employees' Provident Fund Organization (EPFO) in India.

Given the employee's total service of 7 months spanning from November 2019 to November 2020, the eligibility for withdrawing the FPF would depend on the specific regulations outlined by the EPFO. Generally, the withdrawal of the FPF is permissible under certain conditions, such as:

- The employee has completed a minimum service period as required by the EPFO.
- The employee has ceased to be a member of the Employees' Pension Scheme (EPS).
- The necessary forms and documentation are submitted to the EPFO as per their guidelines.

To determine the exact eligibility for withdrawing the FPF in this case, it is advisable to directly contact the EPFO office or visit their official website for detailed information on the withdrawal process and eligibility criteria. They will provide accurate guidance based on the individual's service period and contributions made.

For detailed steps on how to proceed with the FPF withdrawal process, refer to the EPFO's official website or visit their nearest office for personalized assistance.

Ensure compliance with all EPFO regulations and guidelines to facilitate a smooth and timely withdrawal process for the employee's FPF. 🕍🌝🧶
