I have restarted my career after almost 10 years of a career break. I have got an opportunity to work remotely to hire candidates. Earlier, in those days, hiring mostly used to be through employee references and job portals. Nowadays, LinkedIn is also used for job postings. I would like to know if there are any other online platforms for job postings and hiring for IT recruitment. The company is not keen on going for a third-party recruiter.
