Hello All, I’m working as an HR, kya full and final me Saturday and Sunday off days paid hote ha ya unpaid hota hain? Please confirm me - mein bahut confused hu.

Dear friend, The Full and final calculation is inclusive of Saturday and Sunday and to be calculate from the rate of monthly wages.
