Dear Elite members, in the case of an advance from EPF accumulations, the amount has not been credited to the bank account (bank account seeded is correct and approved) even after 24 hours, while the Claim Status in the UAN Passbook is reading 'Settled' and the payment was made by NEFT. In this case, please guide how to track the payment?

Track the status through employee unified portal in claim area. It may take upto 1 week for getting it debited to your bank account.
