Employee expired in ESI hospital (Covid Treatment) - what are the benefits his family gets?

Dear All, One of our colleagues joined ESI hospital for Covid Treatment. Unfortunately, he expired. can someone tell me what are the benefits his family gets? He is also under PF.

Joined means employment, the right word should be "admitted" - if the employee was an ESI contributory in past half year (oct 20 to march 21) for more than 91 days, then all regular death and funeral benefits may be claimed from ESIC by the nominee
