Dear All, Please help me, what should be the date of exit, if a worker leaves the job while under PM Garib Kalyan Yojana?
He had been working for us till March 22ne 2020 and had been lockdown up everywhere since 23rd. He was also receiving his salary through the primer minister Gareeb Kalyan Yojana scheme, but it has understood that he had started working elsewhere without informing us. What will be the last date?
And there is 20,000/- advance on it, so can anyone guide me on how to get back the advance amount?
