One of the employees' UAN is 100561613018, and it is linked with another person's Aadhaar Number. She is unable to withdraw her EPF amount. I have tried to make changes in both the employee and employer portals, but it is not working. Can anybody provide me with a solution for this?

You may submit the Joint declaration to your Regional PF office they will correct the same.

Normally, they will update the same within 1 month, depending on the backlog of a particular regional office. Sometimes, they approve it in 1 week as well. You are required to follow up to expedite the process since they are also working with fewer staff.

Submitting a joint declaration will do. However I have a question, is the name of both employees and Date of birt are same? How this is possible?

KYC Process and Aadhaar Linking Issues
Usually, the name on Aadhaar, date of birth, and Aadhaar number are captured. If there is any mismatch in this information, the KYC process will not be completed. The first step is to correct the name in EPFO to match the Aadhaar details through a basic detail change request. Once the name is corrected, proceed with the KYC process. If these steps do not work, please submit a joint declaration directly to the concerned EPFO authority.
My question remains the same: an Aadhaar of another individual cannot be linked to any UAN unless the name and date of birth match in the EPFO portal. If such a case arises, there may be a technical issue.
