Dear All, I am working in an IT and software design company. Our head office in the USA is currently facing difficulties in securing business. Can we at our India branch reduce some staff for the next three months? If it's possible, please explain the entire process. All our staff are on payroll, have PF enrollments, and have completed more than two years with us.

You need to hire the services of a legal adviser for your company who will advise you from time to time on understanding your organization, various aspects related to the employer and employees, etc. They will also take care of legal drafting, which you may not be able to do.
