Third-party contractual employees and overtime rates

I just want to know about all these things regarding third-party contractual employees. Also, due to COVID-19, are there any changes in overtime rates after 8 hours of duty? For example, if there is a shift of 8 hours and then overtime of 1 or 3 hours, will it be paid as a single rate per hour or double based on the worker's gross wages per day?

Eligibility for paid holidays

Secondly, if a contractor has an agreement with the company for per day wages and the worker joins the company on June 1, 2020, with no previous records with the company, is that worker eligible for paid holidays after 6 days of duty? I kindly request all members to provide me with these details along with any relevant government notifications.
