Hi Everyone, I need your help regarding salary breakup. Ours is a soft drinks manufacturing company registered under the Factory Act. We all receive salaries and pay slips with breakups like Basic + DA 60%, HRA 20%, and UA 20%.

Now, my doubt is how can an employer benefit if we provide salary breakups according to the rules of the Factory Act and Minimum Wages Act.

For example:
Gross Salary = Rs. 30,700/-
Basic + DA = Rs. 18,420/-
HRA = Rs. 6,140/-
UA = Rs. 6,140/-
