Hi all,

We recently got incorporated, and now we want all employees to be on the company's payroll. Our current staff consists of 30 employees, all of whom have salaries above 25K. Is it compulsory for us as a company to deduct their PF? Many of them were members of the PF scheme previously, so are they eligible to choose not to be a member of PF?

Thank you.

Hello, any person who has been enrolled with PF must be a part of the same lifetime, there seems NO OPTION for opting out. You can deduct minimum contribution of Rs. 1800. Regards, Rajesh Kr.
