I have worked for an IT company and was eligible for an annual bonus which the company has paid out (around 54%). I have joined another company that is a client of my former company. The problem is my former company is not sharing any bonus letter or providing any written breakup details on how much tax has been deducted and what the total amount was. Additionally, they are not updating the details in the FNF statement. I have no reference to this unaccounted payment of bonus. I wanted to file a case for this.
