I want to know whether we can carry forward sick leaves and causal leaves for the next year? Whether these leaves are incashable?
If the employee is leaving the organization, whether all type of leaves get encashed or only earned leaves get incashable

Dhanashree,
This is at the discretion of the compnay. Many organisation follow different practices.
1)Some allow cl/SL to be carried forward upto a certain extent
2) Some companies have a yearly encashment
2) some have encashment only on occurence of death/resignation or retirement.
Business & HR needs to decide this keeping in mind teh financial implication

hi
this is as per the company's policy. mostly, paid leaves are allowed to be carried forward but with a max limit. in some of the companies a staff is allowed to encash only during separation either by resignation/retirement
