Employee contribution of PF & ESI will not be included in CTC as it is paid by the employee. CTC - Cost to Company means the amount spent by the organization for any employee.
Gratuity, Statutory Bonus, or any other bonus/incentive, whatever name we call it, are all part of CTC.
