The normal practice in Govt Service is that compensatory off can be clubbed with casual leave only. I think that same would be the practice being mostly followed in industrial sector. But, as I am given to understand that the total no of days of absence availed of as clubbed with casual leave should not exceed the ceiling on such authorized absence.
