I would like to register for ESIC, but when I am going through Shram Suvidha, it is showing that LIN is mandatory. Can anyone explain the registration procedure? Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Very simple procedure. Open their website (Shram Suvidha) and fill in their questionnaire (registering details) correctly. LIN will be notified on your system as well as on your mobile number.
LIN is now mandatory.
