I have joined a startup company as an HR executive. The company is about to register for ESI and PF. Since I'm a fresher, please guide me on how to do the same.

To register for ESI (Employee State Insurance) and PF (Provident Fund) in Bengaluru, India, follow these steps:

1. ESI Registration:
- Visit the ESIC (Employees' State Insurance Corporation) portal.
- Fill in the employer's registration form with accurate details.
- Submit the required documents such as the company's PAN card, incorporation certificate, and employee details.
- Obtain the employer's code number upon successful verification.
- Register eligible employees for ESI within 10 days of employment.
- Deduct the employee's ESI contribution and contribute the employer's share as per the ESI Act.

2. PF Registration:
- Go to the EPFO (Employees' Provident Fund Organisation) portal.
- Fill in the online registration form with the necessary information.
- Submit documents like the company's PAN card, address proof, and incorporation certificate.
- Receive the employer's PF code after verification.
- Enroll eligible employees for PF within one month of reaching the minimum employee count.
