Employee Accident: How Do We Handle Salary for Total Disability Cases?

One of our employees has suffered an accident on duty and is bedridden as a result. I want to understand what provisions are in place for the payment of salary in cases where an employee is totally disabled due to an accident.

Dear Friend, Please ensure organisation covered your employees in any policies ,if not covered then employer is liable to pay under Workmen compensation for his permanent or temporary disablement.
