My date of joining is 02 Sep 2013, and the date I left my service is 24 July 2018. Am I eligible for gratuity or not? I am confused because if we consider the calendar year from January to December, then in the first and last year, we have not completed 240 days. However, my total service is 4 years and 11 months. Please suggest whether I am eligible for gratuity.
