Hi,
I was serving as a permanent employee when i stopped going because of fake reporting by manager and unnecessary pressure and drama in the company. I reported health issues after HR sent a notice.
I replied to the same email asking for relieving from duties quoting health issues.
Now they're saying that they accepted the resignation and require 2 months notice or basic salary in lieu of it.
They've also mentioned project loss.
What should be done now when i am really tense to even go there under the pressures they have put and the lies they're telling.
Is there a way out from thw company without paying back when I don't want a relieving or compensation myself?

Why did you wait till you got notice?
The moment you had health issues-as a responsible employee, company should have been contacted and given medical certificates, likely days of absence etc
What is your position in the company?
How many days were you sick?
Are you fit now?
Have you got honest documentation of sickness, line of treatment and fitness certificate.
You have no choice but to go to the company with all medical documentation and seek to rejoin by giving your statement in writing.(apologise for not informing company about sickness till HR notice)
Falling sick is beyond control at times.but failure to inform company is totally your mistake.
Rectify it and join back for employment.
Company will take action for suddden uninformed absences and misunderstand medical excuse as you gave this reason only when questioned.
Did you think company will not enquire when an employee suddenly stops coming during a project work?
You need to review your conduct.

I had initially informed the company of being ill which is 3 weeks ago, but due to the mental tension because of the worst situation at office, later i did not rejoin or inform when i was supposed to. Hence the notice which i replied to and they accepted resignation!
All the worst things that happened there, were reported many times which includes breach of the same policy that they're now using to ask for the notice.
They've notified for a medical certificate afterwards but I don't have any.
I don't wish to rejoin under the circumstances which they are not willing to rectify and considering my health.
