While working with a private organization for one year, I asked my manager about my confirmation, and my manager denied it, stating that my performance was insufficient. Upon further inquiry, I discovered that all my business had been transferred to my senior colleagues. I escalated the issue to my cluster head in the presence of the HR head. At that time, they did not provide any explanation but transferred me to another branch and placed me in ER (Employee Relations) without prior notice.

Subsequently, I was indirectly pressured to resign and faced harassment from managers, although I initially did not react. However, after enduring significant harassment, I reported the situation to my Deputy Managing Director via email. The following week, my access to the system was revoked, and I received my termination letter on my personal email. I requested the letter be sent to my official email with a proper explanation, but this request was denied. With continued pressure, I was coerced into resigning (citing my father's poor health) to resolve the issue. My resignation letter was accepted and signed by my branch manager. However, when I returned the next day, I was informed that my last day had already passed without notice, prompting me to seek assistance from senior authorities. During this encounter, the HR head confiscated my ID card. Despite arguing about the one-month notice period stated in my appointment letter, my claims were refuted.

Since then, I have joined almost ten organizations, only to be asked to leave immediately without cause. Moreover, I have faced rejection from over 50 companies, all citing integrity issues. Recently, after three years, I was informed that I am being labeled as absconded, albeit verbally. The only evidence I have are five distinct relieving letters given to me. Whenever I raised concerns about the vague reasons provided by former employers, I sought help from the police, where the HR personnel stated falsely that I had been terminated.

What steps should I take, and how should I proceed? Your help is greatly appreciated.

5. Approach the Police
👮 If necessary, escalate the matter to the police with the evidence you have, especially if there are false statements being made about your employment status.

6. Explore Legal Recourse
⚖️ Consider taking legal action against your former employers for wrongful termination, harassment, and defamation if the situation warrants it.

7. Maintain Professionalism
💼 Despite the challenges you have faced, continue to conduct yourself professionally in your job search and interactions with potential employers.

8. Network and Seek Support
