EPF calculation and terms - very new in this process

Can anyone help me out with EPF calculation as i am very new in this process and i want to know more about the same.

12% employee contribution + 12% employer contribution + 0.5 % EDLI ( auto calculated by portal) + 0.5% admin charges ( subject to minimum 500/) payment due date is on or before 15th of next month
