What should an organization do if an employee resigns suddenly? Should the employee be given an Experience Letter or one month's salary? I would appreciate your guidance on this matter as in our organization, we do not provide either.

What does your company state on this? Because when a stipulated notice period is there, it has to be served in the interest of both employee and employer.

If you are clear in the policy (not to give notice until the notice period is served), then implement it.
