I would like to email my HR regarding my offer letter and salary slip. My designation is different in the salary slip (i.e., in the offer letter - Sales Head & Salary slip - Sales Manager). Also, the salary components are different. Please help me out with this. What email should I write to them?

Probably something like this can be considered Polite and precise words to be used:

Sir,

I was appointed as (Sales Head) wef (date). However, it is noticed that my salary slip for the month (month) shows my designation wrongly as Sales Manager. In addition, my salary slip shows different salary components, which vary from my appointment letter.

Kindly rectify the same at an early date. Regards and thank you.
