Dear Sir,
The holiday refers to the office-listed holidays, totaling 15 days per year. The office is closed on Saturdays. However, despite this, employees are compelled to come to the office because they receive wages for 26 days. Furthermore, there are no provisions for medical leave.
Best regards,

Dear Mr. Samik,
Please seek help from someone and properly frame your question. However, you are required to come to the office because we receive wages for 26 days. It is acknowledged that you are working as Contract Labour in a Government Organization (Central or State) and you work on holidays when the Principal Employer's office is closed due to a holiday. In such cases, you are eligible for overtime pay.
What is the nature of the work performed by Contract Labour? We do not have medical leave. What are the entitlements for Government Employees? Why has leave been denied to you?
Thank you.

Dear Sir,
We are being paid for 26 days of work per month. The principal employer requires us to submit the attendance register for all 26 days. Consequently, overtime is not allowed by the principal employer. If there are any rules applicable under the Contract Labour (Central) Act, please provide us with the relevant information.
Thank you.
