Hello, I recently joined a dairy industry, and now I want some new rules and regulations for the marketing team related to their salary scheme because they leave their job at random, creating many difficulties. Additionally, please advise me on how to maintain the leave process and provide me with a leave calendar.

Whether employee leaving with or without notice calculation of Paid Leave / Earned Leave will not be affected due to that.

Dear colleague,

Your challenge is retaining marketing people who bring business or service customers. You need to analyze the reasons for leaving your organization. That apart, you need to introduce attendance incentives and/or sales incentives. The attendance incentive can be made payable once a year after a minimum attendance of 240 days. It can be a cash incentive. For the sales incentive, devise a payment scheme linking to the achievement of set sales targets. This is an off-hand suggestion and has to be tailor-made to your specific needs.

Regarding leave rules, they are governed by the State Shops Act and should be followed accordingly.
