We currently have several female employees working the night shift in our company. As per our existing protocol, we provide these employees with a security guard who escorts them home if they are the last ones to be dropped off, specifically after 6 am.

I have a couple of questions regarding this procedure:

1. Is it permissible to drop her off at a nodal point if the timing extends beyond 6 am?
2. If she is the last individual to be dropped off, even before 6 am, is it acceptable for a colleague from an affiliated company to accompany her for the home drop?
