Dear Officer, I am currently working as a Marketing Director in a real estate company in Hyderabad (DIN not allotted) since July 2008, i.e., for the last 10 years. We have 2 companies - Private Limited & Partnership.
Issue with Director Level Benefits
The problem is that he is not giving me Director level, i.e., Grade A - Full and Final Settlement Benefits such as Director level Gratuity, Leave encashment, Bonus, Medical Insurance, EPF, Salary for the last 2 months, Salary arrears, and other applicable benefits. He has also not given me an appointment letter to date (which I have demanded several times), but I do have promotion letters with his signature (He is officially the CEO with DIN) and Board of Directors' approval mentioned in the various promotion letters. I joined as AGM - Sales in July 2008. Please guide me on how to take it forward legally. Do I have bright chances, or is it not worth fighting for my rights?

In many company records, especially on the website, finance, and accounts ledgers, my name is properly mentioned with my designation. Please guide me on how to proceed legally. Do I have a good chance, or is it not worth fighting for my rights? I am a Co-Founder Member, No. 2 in the company to date. I have contributed more than 15% of the company's total turnover during my 10-year tenure (i.e., out of the total company's turnover of INR 75 crores, my turnover could be around 11 crores).
Also, he is not showing me my total collections/turnover report of all projects of the last 10 years. Nor is he showing me the company balance sheets, audited reports, income and expenditure statements, and profit & loss statements. He always claims the company is in loss, hence I can't pay you this and that. Can I take him to court and also file and get access to information as per the RTI Act? I made a mistake by trusting him as a friend and got fooled by his sweet talks, not taking my DIN number and appointment letter, etc. If I take the appointment letter now before I resign, do I have a good chance of getting my Full and Final Settlement Benefits? Please guide me.
