If an employee has worked for 80 days and avails Maternity Benefits and leaves after that, what is available to the employer?

Its statutory benefit nothing can be done if employee leaves after availing the benefit.

Is your question hypothetical? You can initiate action as per the terms and conditions of the appointment order mutually agreed and accepted. Have you not initiated any action against such an employee, directing them to report for work after completion of maternity leave?
