Can You Pay an EPF Late Penalty Before Receiving an Official Notice?

Is it possible to make late payment penalty of epf before getting letter from authority. Please explain. Thank you.

No you can not determine the quantum of penalty on your own.What about interest?You are liable to pay both interest & penal Damages for belated Payment
