Dear Mr Selva Kumar, Wish you Happy Retired Life. For the purpose EPS, 1995, EPS SALARY FROM 1995 to 14/03/2017 will be taken in to consideration.Average Pensionable Salary & Number of Years of Membership. Further from 1995 to 2017 you have put in 22 Years of Membership for which 2 Bonus Year will be added to Pensionable Service .Further from Date of Joining to November 1995 you were covered under Family Pension Fund, 1971.Contributions made therein will also be taken in to consideration for determining Pensionable Salary by giving appropriate Weightage.

You have Retired on 14/03/2017.It is almost 3.5 Months, why your Pension Claim has not yet been settled. For Retiring Employees, EPF & EPS will be settled in the month in which they are retiring. You will be issued with PPO- Pension Payment Order wherein all the details will be available.

SAIRAM sir, thank you for your detailed reply and your concern. I received my pension and ppo already. I would like to cross verify the same. I got two basic doubts regarding this. Even after my salary was deducted with Rs. 6500/- up-to 1st September 2014, and later on with Rs. 15000/- until my retirement, the Pensionable salary is indicated as Rs. 10738/- only, whereas my my basic+DA amount exceeds the same. Second one is, a NON CONTRIBUTORY PERIOD, is mentioned as 216 days which is also deducted from my Pensionable service.
My Pensionable service is indicated as 22yrs.,8months, 26 days. Pensionable salary is Rs. 10938/- Past service is 13yrs. Can you please calculate my pension

Non Contributory Period means, Period when you were on Loss of Pay/No Contribution to EPF & EPS.You have contributed to EPS @15000 eps wAGES FROM sEP-2014 to Mar-2017.
You have to verify from EPF Department whether 2 Years Bonus Service is added for being EPS Member for more than 20 Years.i think they have added. Consequently, your Pensionable Service is 23 Years (22Years, 8 Months, 26 Days)
are you getting EPS Pension of Rs3,594/-Per Month.
Pensionable Salary is determined on average EPS Wages from 1995 to 2017 & Weightage from FPF Salary from Date of Joining to November 1995

Thank you for your concern r
regarding my issue. According to your calculations 10938*23/70 my pension should be of Rs. 3594/- but actually I'm getting Rs. 2973/-as pension in my bank account. Is it mentioned in the EPS that the NCP should be deducted from service? I have attached my PPO for your reference
