Salary and Document Release Issues

My company doesn't release the salary and documents of any employee when they leave the organization without properly completing their notice period. They claim that they will provide all documents and salary after 45 days of leaving the company. However, they never follow through with what they promise and what is mentioned in the appointment letter.

When an employee leaves the company after successfully completing their notice period, they don't provide anything, such as an experience letter, salary slip, or clearance letter.

Several employees who left before completing one year are still waiting for their salary and did not even receive leave during the notice period, even if they were unwell or hospitalized.

Safety and Working Conditions for Female Employees

They require female employees to work overnight without taking any responsibility for their safety, not even providing cab facilities. The HR department of the company creates their own rules arbitrarily. Additionally, they pressure female employees to continue their job and even harass them and their families.

Please let me know if you need further assistance.

Dear Navkaur,

This issue needs to be highlighted with your nearest labor office. If necessary, you can proceed to the civil or labor court to file harassment charges, providing the required documentation and evidence.
