Understanding Diwali Bonus Calculation with Basic Salary of 8500


Hi all,

Can you help in the calculation of Diwali bonus? What are the minimum and maximum limits for this? Suppose my basic salary is 8500. How much will I get as a Diwali bonus? I am not receiving any DA, only allowances.
