Respected All,

I have been using this firm for 3 years; it's quite informative and helpful. All the respected seniors are very polite, professional, and deliverable.

Dear Sir, I have one question regarding developing the resume. I am confused whether it should be developed in past tense or present tense. What is the standard way to develop the resume? Waiting for your good and quick reply.

Regards, Maqsood Afridi

For the past job titles, you should use the past tense. For example, "Developed XYZ Strategy and implemented it across all vertices."

For the present job title, you should use the present tense. For example, "Implementing XYZ Strategy across all vertices."
