Employment Dispute with Senso Foods Pvt Ltd

My name is Harendra Singh Negi, and I am an employee of Senso Foods Pvt Ltd, a Gujarat-based company specializing in coffee vending machines and premixes. Two months ago, Senso Company employees Pankaj Vishwakarma and Ketan Joshi interviewed me in Lucknow. The interview was facilitated by Arambh Solution Consultancy, based in Bhopal and managed by Madhumita Paliwal, a manpower provider for the company.

Mr. Vishwakarma and Mr. Joshi finalized my position as a senior sales officer in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, offering a salary of Rs. 13,000 per month, along with a daily travel allowance of Rs. 100 during a probation period of 3 months. Despite receiving an offer letter confirming my senior sales officer role, they later informed me that I was hired as a sales officer, leading to disagreements and verbal abuse.

Subsequently, they stopped my work, blocked my communication, and threatened me. They promised one month's salary of Rs. 13,000 by January 7th but failed to pay on that date. Excuses about banking issues were given, delaying my salary further until the current date of January 19th. When I inquired today, they responded rudely and refused to pay, leaving me distressed and financially dependent.

I seek help in obtaining my rightful salary from this fraudulent company and holding those responsible for their actions.
