Dear Srinivas, The Esic limit will be effect from Jan-2017 as mentioned in the notification, means you have to deduct the Esic from employees salary from Jan-2017’s salary. Thanks Shubham

Dear Srinivas,
The amount deducted for advance salary does not attract any legal issue. The amount deducted won't adjust to other contribution. System will accept it as overtime wages or enhanced salary during contribution period if it is paid for the months other than the month of april and september. The IP will get more financial benefit, if any, during his benefit period.
For December month pay contribution on old rates and for January, u can pay on enhanced salary.
