Now, it's been two months since I left the company, and they are not ready to pay my 'FnF' and provide my 'Experience Letter.' I wrote them an email; however, they are not responding, saying that the client I worked for has to approve my timesheets before they release my documents. I have all the emails as proof of my resignation notice. It has become torture for me. My manager, who is also a key person in the company, agreed to provide the documents, but HR is not ready to provide my experience letter. After joining a new company, I fought for the relieving letter and got it. Now HR is blaming me, saying he will give bad feedback once the verification comes. Please suggest what I should do about this, as management is not involving themselves in any of these issues. It is a small firm, and it's my bad luck that I joined that company by leaving a big organization. Now I have come out and joined a good company, but I still haven't received payment and the experience letter.

Depending on the exact nature of F&F settlement, claims can be filed before the appropriate authority, if the company does not pay it after your notice (assuming that you have already given notice).

Hi Ritesh,

Thank you for your reply. I have already given my notice period; however, I am still sending emails regarding the documents. Unfortunately, the HR department is not providing any response. I am not the only one facing this issue; there are more people struggling due to HR and their policies. Some individuals have not received their F&F clearances even after 6 months.

And I wrote an email regarding the last month's salary. I informed them that there was no need to pay me for the last month's salary and requested them to provide the documents.

What if the client does not agree with the timesheet (working hours) that is pending from before my joining?

Request for Experience Letter and Form 16

I am requesting an experience letter and Form 16. I am not expecting any money; I need to submit these documents to my current company. I served the notice period, but even after that, they are not ready to release me because they need my work and can't find a suitable candidate in the market. I resigned because there is no job security for an employee. After some lengthy discussions, they provided a relieving letter. However, they are now delaying the release of my other mentioned documents.

Is there any way to obtain these documents? Is there any legal recourse to file a complaint? My career and experience should not be affected by this issue.

Regards
