Sir, I was working in a private school, but they did not issue me a joining letter. After 3 months, they asked me to leave. They didn't give me any letters or provide any reasons. Please advise.

Simply contact your area labor inspector and lodge a case under the Madhya Pradesh Shops and Establishment Act. They cannot make you leave without reasonable reasons. Also, check if your PF and ESI contributions are made correctly. If not, contact the PF or ESI enforcement officer.

Even though I was working in a CBSE school, they neither provided me with any joining letter nor paid me for the extra teaching hours after school. They also took my original certificates. When I informed them about my resignation, their response was to first find a replacement teacher. However, I need my original documents for a new job.
