Form 13 is not getting displayed at http://memberclaims.epfoservices.in/member_view_claim_status.php. This form needs to be downloaded and sent to the previous employer for the PF transfer. However, I am unable to download it as the file is no longer available on the site. How can I access this file again?

To access member claims, log in. Proceed to view the status of the transfer claim and print Form 13. If the form is unavailable, check the status. If the previous or present employer has attested to the same, there is no need to print and submit it; it can be viewed from the employer OTCP portal as well.
Thanks GLIDOR, but the previous employer maintained the PF as a trust, so they are checking with the second form which would be part of this site (claim > view status of transfer claim > print form 13), which I haven't submitted to my present employer, and so they are unable to provide me with that document. My previous employer expects the second printout to be attested and sent as a hard copy; then they will release the amount. Could you please assist?

Under an Exempted Trust to EPF claim, the process is not online. You have to submit Form 13 offline (physical form), duly attested by your present employer.

When a claim is submitted online, it displays on both the past and previous OTCP portals. However, as both are not under the EPF, the EPF site cannot send it to the trust. You have to send the physical filled form attested with the present employer to the present employer's EPF office. They will forward the same to the trust for claim reimbursement.
