Sir, the appropriate government (Ministry of Labour & Employment, Central Govt.) as per the information I could ascertain, has not so far issued a notification of intention regarding the enhancement of the wage ceiling under ESI (Central) Rules, 1950. If required, you can confirm the same from the said government.
