If the employer to whom she joined is not covered under the EPF & MP Act, 1952, they are not required to deduct or pay the contributions. However, if the new employer is covered under the EPF & MP Act, she will remain a contributor at least up to the present ceiling limit of Rs. 15,000/- for which she is required to fill Form 11, declaring therein the information of her previous EPF number and other details, etc.
