Employee Full and Final (F&F) settlement and timelines are defined and framed while preparing the HR Policy. It varies from company to company and can be adjusted at any time. Generally, the employee has to fill out the F&F form/separation form and obtain clearance (No Objection Certificate - NOC) from all departments. Some companies clear F&F within a week, 15 days, 1 month, 45 days, or 2 months.
