Please find attached herewith a Circular from MPCB regarding the Grant of Renewal of Consent to Operate. The renewal period is a minimum of five years for Large/Medium scale industries and a minimum of three years for Small scale industries, excluding Sugar industries. Additionally, the circular includes information on the Scheme of Auto-Renewal of Consent based on self-certification for Red, Orange, and Green Category industries.
