Objective of this survey: To understand today's learners' needs and preferences.
Background: It’s an exciting time at the workplace today! For the first time in the history of organizations, we have four generations of workers under one roof. Apart from age, these generations are also defined by their unique learning needs. The challenge for organizations is to provide uniform training that meets the learning needs of employees across generations. This is impossible until the needs of today’s learners are properly understood.
Here at 24x7 Learning, we strive to understand the shift in the needs of today’s learners. Geared with this information, we aim to bridge the gap between the training that is provided and the training that is needed.
